Needed for all shifts in our challenging, fast-paced, U.L. listed alarm monitoring center. Excellent Health care benefits, pay & work environment for those who qualify. Must be flexible with scheduling, training on all shifts and weekends and holidays are required. Experience MUST include alarm dispatching, clerical and office based customer service, familiarity with computers, multi-line phones, typing skill of at least 25 wpm. Logical thinking, trouble shooting skills, and excellent reading comprehension are required, ideal candidates will possess all of the above skills and experiences and be able to multi-task efficiently while providing our customers with excellent customer service. |
